Your Home feed? A chef’s kiss!

You’ve asked and we’ve listened. One of the biggest request we’ve got for the Home page was to improve how the posts are displayed and move the description from the photos. Now that’s done and dusted which means you can enjoy them full screen, but still in whatever ratio you choose to post. Of course that’s not the only improvement. Here’s a rundown of all the things that made the cut in 1.4.4.

Videos now have a mute/unmute button, so you control the sound.

It’s finally here! A feature I know you’ve been asking for some time. Now you can enjoy the silence an if you want to play the sound on the video, just tap on the speaker icon to turn it on. If you tap the second time, it will go back to mute.

You can now share posts directly with a link.

First it was profile sharing, now you can also share photos that you see in your feed. All you have to do is click on the paper plane icon and an window will pop up. You can choose to share it directly with a link or send it via one of the suggested apps.

Settings have been simplified and are now easier to navigate.

It was about time we cleaned up that profile setting section. I hope now you won’t get a headache when you need to change something. Of curse the work here is not done. The work is never done if we’re being honest, so stay alert for new improvements.
