Monnett Terms of Use
1. Introduction
Monnett is not just another social network.
It is a choice: to connect with people on your own terms, to protect your privacy, and to belong to something built for people, not ‘users’ and algorithms.
We believe rules should empower, not restrict.
These Terms exist to make Monnett safe, fair, and human: for you, and for everyone who joins. Thank you for being part of our community. Together, we can prove that social networks can serve people, not exploit them.
Monnett is operated by Monnet Social S.A., registered in Luxembourg. These Terms of Service govern your use of our app and services. They are designed to comply with the highest European standards, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DSA), and the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act. Luxembourg is our lead supervisory authority. These Terms of Services also anticipate future regulatory developments and embed mechanisms for transparency, user rights, and responsible AI governance.
By creating an account or using Monnett, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge how your data is processed, as described here and in our Privacy Policy.
If we ever make important changes, we will notify you clearly and directly, because trust requires honesty.
